Teamwork!

There are times when Aria & Emmett get along and actually help each other out. This lasted for at least 10 min too! 

Guinea Pigs!

After the loss of our cat, Casey, we have missed having a pet. Since Emmett has a cat allergy, we've been talking about getting something else. A coworker was looking for a good home for her 2 young Guinea Pigs and we adopted them! Cupcake and Oreo are now ours. They have their own distict personalities and the kids are enjoying getting to know them. With our beta fish (Spiko) and dwarf hamsters (Speedy and Timmy) you'd might think we are building a little zoo :)

Coconut

Aria got to take the "class pet" home from school for the weekend for having a clean desk. We look Coconut to Pumpkinville and had a blast!

Aria's 8!

In October, Aria had a sleepover with 6 other girls. They had dinner, cake, crafts, a dance party and a movie. Aria was the 2nd one to fall asleep and the last girl was up to 12:30. They woke up at 6:30 and we did it all again! I think they all really enjoyed themselves and slept hard the next night! 

Instead of gifts, the girls donated to Backpack Buddies. Aria got a nice pile to donate!

Costumes

Aria and Emmett were Skylanders for Halloween - Star Strike and Prism Break.

I made the costumes from left over fabrics and a few purchased craft supplies. Thankfully after all the hard work, they loved their costumes! 

Emmett's 5th Birthday Party

Emmett celebrated his 5th birthday with a super fun pool party.

Father-Daughter Dance

Aria is super excited...she mostly can't wait to tear up the dance floor with her new "high" heels. 

Emmett wants to be their driver, but he has a few years for that!

Great Wolf Lodge

We spent last weekend at Great Wolf Lodge and had a blast! Thank you grandma and grandpa!
